Gasparotto Group is a consultancy offering corporate leadership solutions through the lens of military training and team building. One of their main offerings is Outside the Wire; an experiential learning program aimed at strengthening team bonds. In this program, participants must learn a series of new skills and ultimately collaborate to win the Tomahawk Challenge.

Outside the Wire is a hands-on program that helps teams bond in the great outdoors. For this program, I designed tank flags and the tomahawk trophy board seen here, as well as the t-shirts and hat patches that the participants got to keep.

Participants are divided into colour-coded Task Forces—easily identifiable by their Outside the Wire pinnies, matching hat patches, and team flag. I designed this to be durable and legible in the field.

Staff at Outside the Wire can be identified by their black Outside the Wire branded t-shirts. Team guides—or Sherpas—sport a hat patch matching their team's pinnies.

At the end of Outside the Wire, each participant receives a challenge coin. This keepsake features the Tomahawk Challenge's namesake tool emblazoned in a custom die cut with contrasting enamel.
